We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times and methods vary based on product type and shipping destination.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Available for most non-urgent items (e.g., memorial gifts, keepsakes)

Expedited & Express Shipping

  • Available on select items such as urns, flowers, and ceremony supplies

  • Delivery: 1–3 business days, depending on your location

  • Additional fees may apply

White Glove / Freight Delivery (for Caskets and Large Items)

  • Caskets and large items are delivered via specialized freight carriers

  • Delivery within 2–5 business days in most areas

  • Includes careful handling and scheduled delivery time

  • Please ensure someone is present to receive the delivery

🚚 Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery

For urgent orders, such as funeral flowers or cremation urns, we offer same-day or next-day delivery in select locations. Please contact our customer care team to confirm availability.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Orders must be placed by [2 PM EST] for same-day processing

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses

  • All deliveries require a valid shipping address and contact phone number

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes
